Cory Olson represents clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, including shareholder and partnership litigation, corporate governance, business torts, employment and real estate cases. Mr. Olson is admitted to practice in all Minnesota state and federal courts, as well as the Eighth and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Professional Activities
Mr. Olson is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, The Hennepin County Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Olson regularly works with college students on leadership development and has given presentations at local, regional and national college leadership events.
Education
Mr. Olson received his B.A, cum laude, from Hamline University in 2001 and earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2006. Mr. Olson served as a Supervising Editor of the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science & Technology. Moreover, while still a student, Mr. Olson argued an appeal involving federal preemption of state employment law before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
