Ms. Heebner is a shareholder at Anthony Ostlund Baer & Louwagie. She represents clients involved in complex business litigation and is heavily involved in and responsible for all aspects of her cases, from initial client contact through the discovery process through motion practice, trial and appeals. Ms. Heebner has litigated a variety of business disputes, including breaches of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, corporate veil piercing, shareholder disputes, tortious interference, trade secrets, eviction, foreclosure, antitrust, slander of title and defamation. Ms. Heebner's practice extends over a wide range of industries, including financial services, software, beauty supply, retail and merchandising, real estate, banking, aeronautics, securities, education, employment and commercial leasing. Ms. Heebner has represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as before the American Arbitration Association.
Ms. Heebner is committed to achieving successful driven results for her clients by providing the highest level of advocacy. She has been successful in achieving results for her clients through dispositive and non-dispositive motions, injunctive relief and trial.
For several years, Ms. Heebner has been designated by her peers as a "Rising Star." In April, 2007, Governor Pawlenty appointed Ms. Heebner to the Minnesota State Board of Dentistry. In 2009, Ms. Heebner was elected and served a one-year term as Secretary of the Board. In 2010, Ms. Heebner was elected and is currently serving a one-year term as Vice President of the Board.

Ms. Heebner is licensed to practice in Minnesota federal and state courts. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Hennepin County Bar Association, and Minnesota Women Lawyers.
Ms. Heebner earned her B.A., cum laude, from Boston College in 1999. She graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School, cum laude, in 2003.
