Dan Hall is an associate at Anthony Ostlund Baer & Louwagie P.A. He practices in all areas of business litigation. He represents clients in a wide range of commercial disputes including employment, intellectual property, contract, business tort and shareholder matters.
Prior to joining the firm in December 2011, Mr. Hall practiced at Foley Hoag LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, where his practice involved patent infringement litigation and other commercial disputes. He was involved in representing eight companies in a patent infringement action at the U.S. International Trade Commission that was resolved by a worldwide license and settlement agreement before trial.
Mr. Hall is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Massachusetts.

Mr. Hall is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association.
Education
Mr. Hall earned a B.A. in Political Science & International Relations, magna cum laude, with distinction in his major from Carleton College in 2007. He graduated magna cum laude from Boston College Law School in 2010 and was named a member of the Order of the Coif.
During law school, he was an editor of the Boston College Law Review and a member of the National First Amendment Moot Court Team.
